Shipping policy

Delivery time

In-stock items are delivered within 1–2 business days in Hungary. There is no delivery at weekends or on public holidays.

For pre-order items, the expected shipping date is shown on the product page. They are delivered within 1–2 business days after the item arrives.

Shipping methods and costs (Hungary)

• GLS – home delivery or GLS parcel locker: 1,390 Ft
• MPL – home delivery, parcel point or post office: 1,998 Ft

You see the shipping cost at checkout, before you place the order.

Payment

• Online by card when you place the order
• Cash on delivery, when you receive the parcel. There is no extra fee for cash on delivery.

Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, the tracking number and tracking link appear on your order status page.

Receiving your parcel

Please check the parcel when you receive it. If it is damaged, ask the courier to record it and write to us.

Shipping abroad

We ship by GLS home delivery for 3,000 Ft to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Delivery times vary by country.
